He has pioneered Fenestrated and Branched Aortic Stenting techniques and serves as a regional and national proctor for these advanced procedures. His clinical expertise encompasses minimally invasive endovascular treatments for ascending and aortic arch pathologies, and the management of carotid artery disease, lower extremity arterial disease, and thoracic outlet syndrome.

Dr. Wildermans contributions to the medical community have not gone unnoticed.
